HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN AND HIS TEAM. We recently purchased a new property and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations and had the property on the market very fast. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available. We have just bought a house through Khalid at Ellis & Co Finchley Estate. I have used Ellis&Co recently to find a place to rent in Bounds Green. They have been incredibly helpful, very friendly and professional. From the initial time I popped into the Finchley branch Kyri tried everything possible to find me a suitable house. Always attending at each viewing and taking me to houses that he knew would appeal.
